Ko Allan Heta Cleaver ahau.

Kia Ora naumai haere mai welcome to my website, where I share my story and the unique services I offer in the realm of Mirimiri contemporary Māori massage. I am delighted to connect with you and invite you on a transformative journey that encompasses both Mirimiri and a unique perspective on the intimate service industry.

My roots trace back to a rich tapestry of cultures. I am of Māori, Irish, and Scottish descent, and this beautiful blend has contributed to my unique perspective and appreciation for different traditions, histories, and ways of being. I believe in the power of embracing our multifaceted identities and recognizing the interconnectedness of cultures.

My introduction to the world of massage therapy came in 1989 when I sought treatment for lower back pain. After trying various methods like physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment, I discovered that massage provided the most significant relief and benefits. This personal experience ignited my curiosity and passion for the field, leading me to pursue a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine in Christchurch, which I completed in 2000.

I have 23 years clinical experience, having practiced massage therapy in a variety of settings. I have had the privilege of working in medical and osteopathic centers, as well as establishing my own private clinics in Christchurch, Whangārei, Auckland, and Whakatū Nelson.

Six years ago, I made a conscious decision to refocus my delivery to Mirimiri contemporary Māori massage, which represents my own unique blending of the modern and traditional worlds. My approach involves the combining of various techniques, including mirimiri, sports, deep tissue, trigger point, pre/post natal, and stress reduction massage.

Growing up, I was immersed in the stories, rituals, and customs of my Māori heritage. The wisdom passed down through generations has woven itself into the fabric of my being, shaping my worldview and igniting a passion for traditional healing practices. Mirimiri, a healing modality rooted in Māori traditions, has become an integral part of my life's work. Through Mirimiri, I have the opportunity to honour and share the ancient wisdom of my tupuna (ancestors), offering a transformative and holistic approach to well-being.

Eleven years ago, I made the decision to expand my business and re-enter the sex work industry, a profession I had previously worked in as a rangatahi (youth). I recognized the inherent need for a different kind of intimate service and witnessed an extraordinary demand for care and connection whilst based in Tamakimakaurau (Auckland). It was during this time that I realised the importance of offering another option and providing a safe and respectful environment for individuals seeking intimate services.

As part of my own decolonization process, I offer all the different "potae (hats)" that I am able to wear, bringing them out of the shadows and into the light. I embrace and integrate all these different aspects of myself around nudity, sexuality, religion and sex work, recognizing their significance in personal growth and well-being.

I’m the Pou Whakarae O Te Waka Kaimahi Kairau O Aotearoa - New Zealand Sex Worker’s Collective NZPC. I’m a sex worker activist who’s passionate about the rights, health and well being of all sex workers. I’m in a New Zealand male sex worker’s documentary named Red Light Boys, here’s the link

On a personal note, I am proud to identify as a Takataapui male and have been partnered with Peter for an incredible 24 years. Together, we have been blessed with a beautiful whanau (family) consisting of 4 tamariki (children) and 3 mokopuna (grandchildren). Whanau holds tremendous significance in my life, and I am committed to nurturing a loving and supportive environment for their continuous growth and overall well-being.

In addition to my work, the moana (sea) is my happy place. It is where I feel a deep connection and tranquility. Swimming has been a lifelong passion for me, as I trained and competed throughout my life. It reminds me of the importance of discipline, perseverance, and the joy of being in the wai (water) and convening with Tangaroa (God of the sea).

I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and embracing your authentic self. Together, we can explore the transformative power of Mirimiri contemporary Māori massage, celebrate our diverse cultural backgrounds, and create a space of connection, acceptance, and well-being.
